This beautiful kitchen was designed by Chris for our customers Mr and Mrs Mistry. They have achieved a wonderfully sleek and clean look by using a shiny antique white door mixed with grey acacia wood looking doors, and a red splashback. The red hob wall is a great focal point, both for cooking and looking at…
Two large skylights keep the room extremely light and airy, while the white doors reflect more light and and contrast with the rich red splashback. They have combined handleless units with slimline inset handles to help create the sleek look while still being practical in a working kitchen.
Five comfy barstools in a warm brown colour compliment the wood and create a great place to entertain guests, as well as provide the perfect place for the family to grab a quick bite to eat.
Mr and Mrs Mistry have added to the natural light with a simple pendant light over the island, which is sleek and white like the rest of the kitchen, while underlights add to the ambience whilst cooking and entertaining.
A splash of colour adds interest and creativity, accentuated by clever accessories and fruits of all colours. The lift-up bi-fold doors are another practical and interesting storage solution for a working kitchen.
The kitchen boasts a rather unusual set-up for the ovens, where they are embedded into the wall, allowing the collection of ovens, steamer, microwave and warming drawers to become a feature in their own right.
Additional colour changing mood lights above the tall unit run add a beautiful touch of interest and modernity to a space which would otherwise be dark and unused.
Another colourful hue from the mood lighting adds to this clean and fresh modern kitchen.
